School Scripture

School Scripture, or Special Religious Education (SRE) is a unique opportunity in NSW public schools for parents to have their children educated in the faith of their family.

Christ Church West Goulburn supports the Goulburn Association of Churches in the provision of Scripture in the local primary schools of Goulburn and the surrounding areas. This is support is given both financially and in the provision of ‘authorised’ volunteer teachers. Particular support is provided in the teaching of Scripture at Goulburn West Public School and Windellama Public School.

All of our Scripture teachers attend training in classroom management and Child Protection and have registered Working With Children Checks.
