Baptisms

Baptism celebrates the new life we have in Christ.

Baptism provides the opportunity to thank God for the gift of a child, to support families in prayer and to welcome the child into membership of the church. The water used in baptism symbolises the cleansing we have through the forgiveness of sin and identifies us with the death and resurrection of Christ.

Baptism is open to adults and children.

Please contact the church for a brochure and application form. The brochure provides more information on baptism at Christ Church. Once an application form has been received, a member of the ministry team will meet with the family to discuss it further.
